The portal acts as a tool for you to list your property and receive interest from the end user market, as well as provides professional concise information for local agents who have direct access to buyers looking in the area your property is situated within. FAQ’s How does it work? Key4 will take the selling instruction from you. Then we shall upload your property to our web portal, before emailing all the locally based agents with your property details. Is there a listing fee? No. To list your property on the portal is completely free. What happens when we get an offer? Once we have found a buyer for your property and you have excepted the offer, you should move forward and instruct a solicitor to handle the paperwork matters on your behalf. If you do not have a local Solicitor, we can recommend one to you. Will I have to upload the details myself? No, we have an in house team which will be able to upload all of your property details to the portal. How do I proceed? If you would like to sign up for the service, email info@key4you.co.uk with the property details you would like sell and your unique Key4Care reference number. We will then send you our a property questionnaire along with our terms and conditions. Once we have received all the documentation.*Exclusive use can only be guaranteed up until the end 2010 due to Key4 group of company flotation plans.
