Knowing the importance of getting value for money the creators of Alpine Valley have had the complex valued by an international bank and set prices 15% under this valuation*. Properties in Alpine Valley are available for a deposit of 20% with mortgages achievable of up to 80% which are available on completion**. This is a payment plan which is unique in this region.
