Building 1

• 30% initially - upon signing of a preliminary property sale contract
• 70% 21 days after act 15/16 looking to be end of September for completion

Building 2

• 20% initially - upon signing of a preliminary property sale contract
• 30% upon presentation of Act 14 for approval of the building structure - November 2007
• 40% upon presentation of Act 15 for ascertaining the suitability for approval of the building - April 2008
• 10% before Notary Deed - September 2008
