Now is the time to invest!

In Germany...

Eighteen years after the fall of the Berlin Wall, progress towards economic integration between eastern and western Germany is clearly visible. Germany wears its riches well: elegant big-city charm, small picture-postcard towns, pagan-inspired harvest festivals, a wealth of art and culture and the perennial pleasures of huge tracts of forest, delightful castles and fine wine and beer are all there for the savouring.

Germany is located in Central Europe, providing a strategic location for import-export. The property market has seen an influx of European investors over 2006, due to the comparably low prices in certain areas – most notably Berlin. Now in the capital of Germany the prices are around 50% of what is on offer from the other capitals of the G8 countries.
