The resort is set around a beautiful free flowing 3 level swimming pool with its own ‘Kiddies’ pool. An access road circles the entire complex running all the way through a canopy of green. There is also an on-site restaurant (which specialises in Western Indian & Konkan cuisine) and a club house, where residents can enjoy the bar. Located off the beaten track, far away from the noise and pollution of the touristy city, the development is only 900m from the golden beach for which the region has become famous for.
