Overview

This prime piece of land is 50’000m2 in total size. The land is mostly flat and reaches the beach in some areas. Located 25 km from the port of Durres and less than 50 km from international airport, the land benefits from a strategic location. This comes with approval to build dwellings of up to a maximum of 10,000m2 for of 3 levels. Water and electricity are on site.
