Inspection Trip to Thailand

Although most investors in emerging markets will buy on spec, purchasing off plan without visiting the country and development site is not for everyone. This is why at Key4Thailand we have put together a program which allows you to explore the destination of your choice and to help ensure you fully understand the ins and outs of the proposed transaction.

Key4Thailand have the highest experience in handling customers wishing to travel abroad to view the projects we sell. We excel in this area because of the working synergy we have with our partners, including International airlines, major hotel groups as well as other leisure based companies.

A typical inspection trip should take no longer than 3 days. We try to accommodate customers over a weekend, so there is as little disruption to their working commitments as possible.

At Key4Thailand we like to give our customers the option to choose how they would like their trip to be. There are two options available.

The group inspection trip

This is a very structured trip which is designed to help you gain a full understanding on all matters related to your potential purchase, including:

The bespoke trip

This is designed for customers who have done their research and are satisfied, however would like to make a site visit and experience the Country before purchasing. We would then tailor the trip to the individuals needs. Items from the set itinerary can still be included at the customers' request.
