The extended build time and payment plan are designed to attract investors, placing you in the best possible position to maximise your return on investment.

Option 1

• Initial holding fee of £2,500
• 50% - Deposit (28 days after reservation)
• 50% - On completion (Phase 1 : Early 2009 and Phase 2 : November/December 2009)

Option 2

• Initial holding fee of £2,500
• 30% on Deposit
• 30% on completion of roof
• 40% on Completion
