Although most investors in emerging markets will buy on spec, purchasing off plan without visiting the country and development site is not for everyone. This is why at Key4 Turkey we have put together a program which allows you to explore the destination of your choice and to help ensure you fully understand the ins and outs of the proposed transaction.

A typical Inspection Trip should take no longer than 3 days. We try to accommodate customers over a weekend, so there is as little disruption to their working commitments as possible.

The Inspection Trip is designed for customers who have done their research and are satisfied, however would like to make a site visit and experience the Country before purchasing. We would then tailor the trip to the individuals needs. Items from the set itinerary can still be included at the customers' request.
