10% of the Total Purchase Price within 8 calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser(s)
- Third Payment
10% of the Total Purchase Price within 12 calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser(s)
- Fourth Payment
10% of the Total Purchase Price within 16 calendar months of date of signing the Reservation Contract by purchaser (s)
- Final Payment
50% of the Total Purchase Price payable on the Completion Date
